Apparently with x86 arch is working (workflow run), but there are still problems with arm architecture (workflow run). Runningfile command on the automatically downloaded executable shows/home/tom/actions-runner/_work/_tool/arduino-cli/0.11.0/arm/arduino-cli: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), statically linked, stripped
