Function with the ability to download subtitles (including bypassing downloading audio/video)

Language based on the preferred subtitle language selected in the settings - if there is no such language, then try to download English subtitles.

And the choice of download options in the settings - VTT or cleared txt (which can be easily obtained from ttml).
