Add the publisher:https://docs.pypi.org/trusted-publishers/adding-a-publisher/
Setup the github secrets:https://docs.github.com/en/actions/deployment/targeting-different-environments/using-environments-for-deployment
Then add the github workflow, for example:https://github.com/agusmakmun/django-markdown-editor/blob/master/.github/workflows/release.yml
