Using rsl2odim in Version 1.0.1.9001, I have converted IRIS files to ODIM files. The resulting ODIM file contained VRADH data for all 4 dopplar layers.

However, when the same IRIS file is processed using Version 1.0.9.9000 the resulting ODIM file does not include VRADH data for 2 of the 4 dopplar layers.

Why does this happen? Which version is correct?
