Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the README to inform users that contributions are currently not accepted and provides guidance on where to report issues or get support.
- Adds a “Note” section clarifying the current contribution policy
- Lists channels for community discussions, bug reports, and security issues
- Reassures continued security updates and major fixes
