Meal planning is a time consuming, boring and tedious task. It's also really expensive. With our AI algorithm, we'll create a custom meal plan, tailored to your specific dietary needs, for all seven days with recipes and grocery lists, for less than $25 per week.

Meal 1: Turmeric, ginger & coconut fish curryVegan
- 400g boneless and skinless cod loin, cut into chunks
- 325ml light coconut milk
- thumb-sized piece of ginger, grated
- 300g frozen peas
- 400g brown basmati rice, cooked, to serve
STEP 1Heat the oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat, then fry the onion for 8 mins until translucent. Stir in the ginger and spices, and cook for another minute. Pour in the coconut milk and 100ml water, stir, then simmer for 10 mins.
STEP 2Add the cod, frozen peas and sugar snap peas, and simmer for 5 mins until the fish is flaky. Serve with the rice, sliced chilli, a good grinding of black pepper and some lime wedges on the side for squeezing over.
Meal 2: Prawn & harissa spaghetti1 large garlic clove , lightly bashed150g cherry tomatoes , halved150g raw king prawns100g long-stem broccoli , cut into thirds180g dried spaghetti , regular or wholemeal
STEP 1Bring a pan of lightly salted water to the boil. Add the broccoli and boil for 1 min 30 secs, or until tender. Drain and set aside. Cook the pasta following pack instructions, then drain, reserving a ladleful of cooking water.
STEP 2Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the garlic clove and fry over a low heat for 2 mins. Remove with a slotted spoon and discard, leaving the flavoured oil.
STEP 3Add the tomatoes to the pan and fry over a medium heat for 5 mins, or until beginning to soften and turn juicy. Stir through the prawns and cook for 2 mins, or until turning pink. Add the harissa and lemon zest, stirring to coat.
STEP 4Toss the cooked spaghetti and pasta water through the prawns and harissa. Stir through the broccoli, season to taste and serve.
