Description

Fuzzing settings can be changed via settings.properties, but there should be an option to control this settings by user. Looks like the option is good to be placed into plugin settings.

Expected behavior

The option should:

1. Enable/disable fuzzing at all
2. Control how long fuzzing can work (% or sec?)
