CDDL definition of concise-evidence as defined by TCG DICE Working Group

• create an annotated tag that start withcddl- and is followed by the version information. E.g.:

git tag -d cddl-v1.0rev0.54

• push the tag

git push origin cddl-v1.0rev0.54
