LGTM is no longer a supported service and has been integrated with GitHub (which is now CodeQL).We can create a CodeQL workflow and integrate it into the repository, however, that fits for another PR.The shields badge API was updated, thus, causing an invalid badge:badges/shields#8671

This PR only changes one algorithm file. To ease review, please open separate PRs for separate algorithms.All new JavaScript files are placed inside an existing directory.All filenames should use the UpperCamelCase (PascalCase) style. There should be no spaces in filenames.Example:
