What gets displayed by GitHub Pages is the customized Markdown files in thedocs directory. If you need to create a new page, copy an existing page to get the correct "header" information, then edit as needed.

The website is published usingGitHub Pages, where the pages are written in Markdown and served usingJekyll. We use theJust the Docs Jekyll theme.
