It appears that there is an entry point script that isn't being called.

• Make sure we can pass JVM args (Set heap limitshttps://blog.gceasy.io/2020/11/05/difference-between-initialrampercentage-minrampercentage-maxrampercentage/)
• Remove experimental JVM flags newer versions handle this for us
• wrap the command in exec so signals are handled properly
