Allows to prefill theCheckbox List field from the URL query string for ASP.NET MVC Forms
The functionality to prefill theCheckbox List field from the URL query string is not implemented for ASP.NET MVC Forms in WFFM 8.1 and older.
This patch allows using theReadQueryString option inControl Properties of theMvc Form controller rendering.
