Looks like I forgot to include inst/bib/Rcpp.bib (the copy used as a .bib file by some other packages), will do in a follow-up. |

This minor PR updates the .bib file to use the newer doi format for the CRAN packages, updates versions and titles of the CRAN packages to current versions and includes re-rendered versions.
