Hi!
I recently installed SCIBER and wanted to try the sample run explained in the vignette. When I tried to run this function:
res <- SCIBER(input_batches = exp, ref_index = ref_index, batches_meta_data = meta, omega = omega, n_core = n_core)I got this error:
