Template repo for new TypeScript projects.

This repo assumes the following:

• Source code lives in thesrc directory.
• The main export is located insrc/index.ts.
• Tests live in thetest directory.
• Each test file is named<name>.test.ts.
• Thenpm_token,app_id, andapp_private_key secrets are present in the repo.
• The code will be a CommonJS module.
