This adds a new Keyboard Shortcuts tab in the Settings window.ClosesHeyPuter#2037- Created UITabKeyboardShortcuts.js with categorized shortcuts- Shows shortcuts for General, Navigation, File Management, and Windows operations- Styled keyboard keys for better visibility
- Added import for KeyboardShortcutsTab- Registered the tab in the _init method

This PR adds a new "Keyboard Shortcuts" tab in the Settings window, implementing the feature requested in#2037.
