This is not really related to react itself, using jsrepo is pretty straight forward, and if you follow the steps in the "CLI" tab you should be able to set it up correctly.

For more information you can always read the docs on jsrepo itself, to understand how it works:

If you're a beginner it might also be easier for you to just copy the code instead of using the CLI installation, it will work the same.
