Final changes for v1.0.0; renamed calculate_noise_threshold function, removed a parameter from noisyr_*(), improved documentation, removed reverse dependency to edgeR from vignette, updated site.

Major code restructuring and documentation improvement since the initial version (v0.1.0) was published on CRAN and the biorxiv paper (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.01.17.427026v2) was submitted. Once stable, v1 will be also be submitted to CRAN.
