The goal offluxfinder is to allow users to straightforwardly parsedata files generated by infrared gas analyzers used in environmentalsciences research; match data and metadata; compute greenhouse gas fluxes;and generate QA/QC plots and diagnostics.
We emphasize clear and well-documented code, good documentation, andfocused functions that can be easily integrated into conventionalortidyverse-style analytical pipelines.
It is also straightforward to integrate this package's utilities withthe more powerful flux-computation capabilities of thegasfluxes package.
You can installfluxfinder from CRAN...
install.packages("fluxfinder")...or the development version of fluxfinder fromGitHub with:
# install.packages("remotes")remotes::install_github("COMPASS-DOE/fluxfinder",build_vignettes=TRUE)
Currentlyfluxfinder provides functions to read data from:
- TheLI-COR Smart Chamber
- LI-COR 78xx Trace Gas Analyzers, including the LI-7810 and LI-7820
- OlderLGR 915 analyzers
- ThePicarro G2301
- TheEGM-4
- TheLI-COR LI-850
See theintroductory vignette!That is the best and most up-to-date resource.
If you usefluxfinder in your research, please cite it! Seecitation("fluxfinder").
