• Continuously taunts nearby opponents, attracting their fire.
• Continuously dealsHydro DMG to nearby opponents.
• When its duration expires, the Phantom explodes, dealingAoE Hydro DMG.

• The Phantom lasts for 5 seconds. It dealsHydro DMG every second (DoT) for a total of 4 times, followed by a finalAoE Hydro DMG Explosion.
• When the Phantom Explosion hits at least oneenemy, it generates3.33Elemental Particles.
• The hold version of this skill grants Mona a brief period ofInvincibility Frames.

Constellation Effects

• Constellation Level 5,Mockery of Fortuna: Increases this talent's level by 3, up to a maximum of 15.

• Applies an Omen to the opponent, which gives a DMG Bonus, also increasing the DMG of the attack that causes it.
• Removes the Illusory Bubble, dealingHydro DMG in the process.

• Illusory Bubble and Omen are both applied upon casting Stellaris Phantasm.
• When Illusory Bubble is active on an enemy, there is a constellation-like marking on that enemy. When Omen is active on an enemy, there is a starry purple aura around that enemy.
• Stellaris Phantasm is able to applyWet up to twice: once when cast, and once when the Illusory Bubble bursts. However, standardICD applies for the two applications.
• If no outside source bursts the bubble, it automatically bursts after 8 seconds.
• Omen status timer only starts after the bubble bursts. Since Omen is applied from the initial cast of the skill, if the bubble lasts for its whole duration (8s), Omen can have a maximum duration of 13s.
• Illusory Bubble bursts when the affected target is hit by an attack that deals more than 0Poise Damage. This means that attacks that deal no damage but do deal Poise Damage (e.g.Hu Tao'sElemental Skill activation) will burst the bubble, while hits that deal no Poise Damage will not burst it.
  • This mechanic can be used as a means to extend the effective duration of Omen, such as when combined with theFrozen Elemental Reaction: Frozen targets are immune to Poise Damage, so any attacks against them will not burst the Illusory Bubble until they unfreeze. As a result, the start of Omen's duration countdown is delayed while characters attacking the Frozen target still benefit from the DMG Bonus.
• Illusory Bubble Explosion DMG doesnotsnapshot and will be affected by changes in Mona's stats after Stellaris Phantasm is cast.
• TheDMG Bonus is additive to other sources of DMG Bonus, such as Mona's4th Ascension Passive passive,Waterborne Destiny.
• The Illusory Bubble applies aStruggle state to enemies whoseweight is less than or equal to100, preventing them from performing any actions. However, the Struggle state will not be applied to enemies more than 20 levels higher than Mona.

• Constellation Level 1,Prophecy of Submersion: increases Electro-Charged DMG, Lunar-Charged DMG, Vaporize DMG, Hydro Swirl DMG, and Frozen duration by 15% when any of the player's own party members hits an opponent affected by Omen.
• Constellation Level 3,Restless Revolution: Increases this talent's level by 3, up to a maximum of 15.
• Constellation Level 4,Prophecy of Oblivion: "When any party member attacks an opponent affected by an Omen, theirCRIT Rate is increased by 15%."

Alternate Sprint
Mona cloaks herself within the water's flow, consuming stamina to move rapidly.

When under the effect of Illusory Torrent, Mona can move at high speed on water.
Applies theWet status to nearby opponents when she reappears.

• In theSpiral Abyss, before starting the challenge, Mona will sprint regularly without cloaking herself with water. After starting the challenge, her Alternate Sprint will be enabled again.
• One can hold the sprint button while stationary to make Mona stay in place while cloaking herself in water. No stamina is consumed while Mona is stationary.
• Despite the appearance of this talent in action, it does not make Mona invisible to enemies, nor does it make her shorter.

• Remaining stationary while using Illusory Torrent counts toward the 2-second timer.
• The 2-second timer resets when Mona stops using Illusory Torrent or when a Phantom is created from "Come 'n' Get Me, Hag!"
• A Phantom created from "Come 'n' Get Me, Hag!" can exist at the same time as a Phantom fromMirror Reflection of Doom.

Increases Mona'sHydro DMG Bonus by a degree equivalent to 20% of herEnergy Recharge rate.

• At Ascension Phase 4, Mona receives 23.2%Hydro DMG Bonus by default, due to her ascension stat ofEnergy Recharge. An extra 1.6%Hydro DMG Bonus is obtained at Ascension Phases 5 and 6, for a total of 24.8% and 26.4%, respectively.
• The effects of this passive talent do not show if Mona isfallen or not in theparty.
• In accordance withthe established interaction between percentage-based stat conferrals, Waterborne Destiny does not use any points of Energy Recharge that were given to Mona as a percentage of someone else's Energy Recharge, such as from any character wieldingXiphos' Moonlight.

When MonacraftsWeapon Ascension Materials, she has a 25% chance to refund a portion of the crafting materials used.

When any of your own party members hits an opponent affected by an Omen, the effects ofHydro-related Elemental Reactions are enhanced for 8s:

• Electro-Charged DMG increases by 15%.

• HydroSwirl DMG increases by 15%.
• Frozen duration is extended by 15%.

When any of your own party members hits an opponent affected by an Omen, the effects ofHydro-related Elemental Reactions are enhanced for 8s:

• Electro-Charged DMG increases by 15%.
• Lunar-Charged DMG increases by 15%.
• Vaporize DMG increases by 15%.
• HydroSwirl DMG increases by 15%.
• Frozen duration is extended by 15%.

Additionally, when your off-field party members trigger the above effect, the DMG Bonus to the above Hydro-related Elemental Reactions is enhanced to 160% of its original effect.

• Only theHydro-related Elemental Reactions listed in the Constellation description are enhanced; the effects ofBloom andCrystallize are unaffected.
  • Contrary to the description, this Constellation doesnot have any effect onFrozen duration.^[7]
• This bonus does not apply in the triggering attack nor from the resultingHydro DMG dealt by Illusory Bubble inStellaris Phantasm regardless if they were from resulting reactions.
• The buff will apply to all party members.
  • InCo-Op Mode, it only applies to the team members of the Mona player.
• In theSpiral Abyss, it is possible for the buff to transfer to the next team in the other chamber if it has not expired.
• This bonus is signified by theHydro aura Mona and her teammates gain.

When a Normal Attack hits, there is a 20% chance that it will be automatically followed by a Charged Attack. Additionally, within 5s after Mona unleashes her Elemental Burst Stellaris Phantasm, her next Normal Attack that hits an enemy will automatically trigger a Charged Attack.
This Charged Attack effect can only occur once every 5s.
When Mona's Charged Attack hits an opponent, all nearby party members will have their Elemental Mastery increased by 80 for 12s.

• The automatic Charged Attack does not consumestamina.
• The Charged Attack created from this constellation does not interrupt the Normal Attack sequence.
• Once the constellation is triggered, player or third-party sources can't interrupt the animation.

When any party member attacks an opponent affected by an Omen, theirCRIT Rate is increased by 15%.
