Great little game! I do wish I could see what my current HP, MP, Evasion chance, and other values are though. Hard to tell how much an item will help without a reference. Like is this hat with +100 health going to help? Is it going to double my health? Increase it by a little? How much damage are bullets going to do? Makes it hard to strategize or plan when I don't even know my total evasion % chance or how much something actually will help.
Hi, i love the game, but i would love to have a menu where I can see all the stats, like how much is my health, mana etc and then the added value with armor and then lower I can see the quantity of probability of everything even on crit etc, an dhow much damage a bullet can do, cause is really bad when im with at least 300 hp and then one bullet and I'm out
How much health do I have? How much mana do I have? How much health does a bullet take?
At least these should be given and a strategy should be made accordingly. The icons that appear with locks and abilities provide some information but they are not enough.(By the way, you start with 50 mana but I couldn't calculate the health value because of the damage increase in each section.)
Let's say we start with equal Mana and Health and HP/Mana is 50/50.
I started the game and with the upgrades it was like this; I have 50 HP, 1st level +25HP, 2nd level +50HP, 3rd level +100HP = 225HP.
On top of that with +40 armor plate passive and -90 damage (Cathedral bell) 90+40= 130.
As a result, with my225HP and 130 damage reduction, I went to the 4th place from the bottom on the map: +1 Bullet load, +30% Crt change, Dmg lvl 3 and guess what! I died with the first bullet :)
The Insight ability is busted. It only cost 15MP which is basically nothing.
(honestly, even if it cost 40MP it would still be nothing, especially once u got the 'two domino' item "+66hp and +11mp per safe shot") and there's plenty of other items like +8%mp per trigger pulled.
If u win the game without insight... then I'd truly call u crazy.
Best item? it's the cheap ring that gives +8% item drop per trigger pulled.
PS. I never get to test the ring -100% dmg -75%mp on hit.
Will u really take dmg if u ran out of MP?
I was able to win the game without Insightas a challenge. The strategy involved loading up on reducing damage items and regen skills. Then when health is low go all the way back to the first map square and regenerate health till full, as you sill get regen benefits and loot drops even if you don't get gold or XP.
I really don't like that I have to reload a second bullet if I fire one and require two. Sort of feels like I am being cheated. There were two bullets in it when I started. I should be able to pull it until it makes a complete cycle. Sort of ruined the game for me to find that out.
Overall, the game is pretty fun. I don't like that I can't see my total health and I have no idea how much a single bullet damage does. Makes strategizing around it pretty difficult for no reason. We just have vague numbers like "Bullet Damage Level".
Also, it needs to be more obvious that you have to move on the map to make money. I was trying to make some money on the first level and did many rounds until I realized I wasn't getting any xp or gold, I really didn't understand what was happening.
Loading, spinning, and shooting are pretty intuitive only if you understand how a revolver works. There needs to be some indicators on these to address that you need to do this.
It's not interesting enough to keep playing after the inital few plays. There is no incentive to continue. I have no idea what the goal is and why I should invest time in playing the game.
It doesn't feel like winning if all I am doing is surviving. I already win that challenge the moment I stop playing.
