Whereas the Foundation needs additional full-time developers and the Chief Technology Officer ("CTO") has identified an ideal candidate for this position,

• The CTO is authorized to hire an additional full-time developer.
• The CTO, with the approval of the President, shall determine the appropriate salary for this position.
