Whereas, the Board of Trustees is transferring some of the responsibilities of the Talent & Culture Committee to the Executive Committee upon the dissolution of the Talent & Culture Committee;
Now, therefore, it is:
RESOLVED, that the Board adopts the revised Executive Committee Charter, as set forth below.
