Screen Protector for Ultra 3?

Hi, I am getting an Apple Watch Ultra 3 next weekend. Do I need a screen protector for it? I won't be using it in a gym really, just general life. I wash my hands white a bit though so there may be a risk of hitting the screen on a tap. My current Apple Watch Series 8 has scratches on it's screen so am not sure if I need one or not with the Ultra?
“need”? No, you don’t “need” one. My first 2 watches with Iona both had scratches, since I got sapphire, not a problem, and the Ultras I had, not a problem at all.
There have been posts here where folks reported scratches on their Ultra, only a couple if memory serves right. It is very rare.
I never had a screen protector on neither watch nor iPhone, personally I think they look ugly, YMMV

I got one that covers the screen and a little of the bezel. It’s glass and metal from Amazon. ESR I believe is the brand. I recommend it as it’s cheap will help protect the bezel of my black watch. My ultra 2 had no scratches or scuffs on the screen itself but did have some marks on the titanium.

I am getting the natural titanium one so not sure I need to worry about the bezel as much as if I had the Space Grey colour?

Thanks, so I don't need to worry about it then.

I didn’t have a protector on my ultra 2, it was natural titanium color and had 2 scuffs on the bezel from hitting it on stuff. I recommend the ESR protector, they have a natural colored one as well.

I got one for my black ultra 3 to avoid scuffs and scratches. The black is more prone to scuffs. Again even on the natural color I would get one, the screen is hard and scratch free, the bezel is what you need to be careful of. You will love it, great watch
