Last week I updated all my devices to the latest firmware (iOS 18.6, iPadOs 18.6, Sequoia 15.6). After this, my MacBook Pro (M3 Pro) is not able to activate Wi-Fi calling anymore. It was working perfectly right before I updated my devices.
My iPad in the other hand has no issues.
I tried:
- Restarting my devices (both iPhone and Macbook)
- Enabling/Disabling Airplane mode
- Disabling/enabling the eSim
- Toggling on/off Wi-Fi calling from the iPhone
- Toggling on/off Calls on Other Devices on the iPhone
- Log out/in FaceTime on Macbook
The only thing I get is the prompt asking if I want to enable Wi-Fi calling, but it never activates on the Macbook. On my iPad it activates immediately.
PS: of course all my devices use my same Apple Account and of T-mobile support this features from many years ago. I always use this feature and noticed this right away after updating it.
Any ideas what else could I try?
