Egfrt1/Egfrflb-2E07 animals have rough eyes.

Eggs derived fromEgfrt1/Egfrflb-2E07 females are ventralised and have no or only one dorsal appendage.

Homozygous embryos lack all midline glia cells.

Homozygotes display a weak 'flb' phenotype and hemizygotes display an intermediate 'flb' phenotype. Embryos produced from heteroallelic combination withEgfrt1 have a severe ventralised phenotype, reduction in size of their dorsal appendage.
