The National Olympic Committee of Lithuania (Lithuanian:Lietuvos tautinis olimpinis komitetas, LTOK) was formed in 1924 and was re-established in November of 1991 after independence from the Soviet Union.

In the terms of flags, there are two and which one the is current one is unknown to me.

The Basketball Club Lietuvos rytas (Krepsinio klubas"Lietuvos rytas") - The cloth is made up of three equalhorizontal bands: black, white, and red. The flag is drawnaccording to my personal observation. Logo is drawn according tothe picture from official site of the BC Lietuvos rytas (<bc.lrytas.lt>).

Fan flag
Just saw a basketball game in which Hapo'el Yerushalyiimplayed in QF of ULEB-Cup in vilnius against Rytas. The Israeliteam lost by one point but passed to the final-four due to the 7points win at home.
