Wind Adept

Wind Adept (Japanese:旋風Whirlwind) is askill which debuted inFire Emblem Engage. It is a more restricted version of theAdept skill from earlier titles, accessible by equippingSoren's Bond Ring. It has a chance of allowing aWind tome to strike twice consecutively. Wind Adept does not work for any other wind-series tome such asElwind orExcalibur.
Unlike all otherconsecutive attack-granting weapons and skills inEngage, Wind Adept can grant its effect when counterattacking, though it only has a chance to do so.
