Velocity (Japanese:回避・拍節Evasion · rhythm) is a three-tiered passive type Bskill which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill areVelocity 1,Velocity 2, andVelocity 3 in order from lowest to highest. If its user has morespeed than their foe, Velocity reduces the foe's damage based on the difference between speed stats, and neutralizes effects that would reduce the user's special skill cooldown charge.
