Personality
Vaja presents herself as very loyal to Arvis and laments that she failed him in her death quote. However, the wider scope of Arvis's plan required Sigurd to pass the desert in order to fight Reptor; meaning Vaja was always intended to die at Sigurd's hand. This suggests that her loyalty was misplaced and implies some naivety on Vaja's part.
