TheUnlock (Japanese:アンロックUnlock) is a rarestaff in theFire Emblem series introduced inFire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem. It can be used to open any door, and inThracia 776, any chest. It generally has a lowweapon level, allowing almost any staff user to wield it; however, inNew Mystery of the Emblem it has a higher weapon level requirement, and inThracia 776 it isexclusive toTina.

Trivia
- Nyna can be heard casting Unlock in the original broadcast ofEpisode I fromFire Emblem: Archanea Saga, despite it not appearing in gameplay.[1]
- The dialogue from Nyna and the narrator in that scene also claim Unlock can open chests, but prior inMystery of the Emblem, it could only open doors; theThief staff was used for chests inMystery of the Emblem instead. Despite this, Unlock would gain the ability to open chests later inThracia 776.
