True Lunar Flash

True Lunar Flash (Japanese:真月光閃True moonlight flash) is a specialskill which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes. True Lunar Flash reduces the foe'sdefense andresistance, boosts the damage the user deals based on theirspeed, neutralizes the foe's damage-reducing skills, prevents the foe's skills triggered by the user's attack, and reduces the damage the foe deals.
