Strategy

Your last naval scrap until the postgame involves a ton of Arcanists. Mae can take the left side and go toe-to-toe with a few of them. Use a disposable unit like Kamui or Valbar to bait the boss - fortunately, Mire slows him down to the point he cannot double. Leon can safely attack from outside even Mire's range. Make sure to bring Saber and Leon to level 7 by the end of this battle. You can promote them at the Thieves Shrine.
