TheSword Armor orArmored Sword (Japanese:ソードアーマーSword Armor) is abasic armoredclass debuting inFire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War. It is one of four weapon-specific variations of theKnight, specialising in the use ofswords, and appears only inGenealogy of the Holy War,Thracia 776,Radiant Dawn andEngage. It is statistically near-identical to its counterparts, theLance Armor,Axe Armor, andBow Armor.
InGenealogy of the Holy War andEngage itpromotes toGeneral, and inRadiant Dawn it promotes toSword General, itself a sword-focused variant of the traditional armored class. As it is not playable inThracia 776, it does not appear to have a defined class change option.
