Swift Ice (Japanese:真連閃True connecting flash) is a single-tiered passive Type A skill associated withShez. When its user initiates combat or is near an ally Swift Ice boosts its user's stats, reduces the damage the foe deals, neutralizes effects that guarantee the foe's or prevent the user'sfollow-up attacks, and reduces the potency of the foe's damage-reducing effects; additionally, when its user is significantly faster than their foe, it dealsbonus damage to all weapon types.
