Surge Sparrow (Japanese:鬼神飛燕の迫撃Fierce God Flying Sparrow Pressing Attack) is a passive type Askill which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes; Surge Sparrow comes in only one tier. Surge Sparrow boosts its user'sattack andspeed when they initiate combat, and healing them based on their maximum special cooldown count when they damage their foe with a special.
