Summertime Axe

Summertime Axe (Japanese:意気軒昂の夏祭の斧Elated summer festival axe) is a weaponskill in theaxe category which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes; it is apersonal weapon of the Hoshidan summer variation ofMia. Summertime Axe enables Canto (Rem. +1) for its user; when its user'sHP is not low, it boosts their stats, neutralizes their flying weakness, and reduces the potency of the foe's damage-reducing effects each turn, and boosts the user's stats based on theirspeed and boosts the damage dealt by the user and reduces that dealt by the foe based on the number of bonuses on the user and penalties on the foe during combat.
