Sudden Panic

Sudden Panic (Japanese:恐慌の惑乱Panicked Bewilderment) is a three-tiered passive type Bskill which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill areSudden Panic 1,Sudden Panic 2, andSudden Panic 3 in order from lowest to highest. Sudden Panic inflicts a status effect turning bonuses into penalties on any enemy with significantly lowerHP than the user who are adjacent to another enemy; the minimum HP difference decreases with the skill's tier.
