Strengthtaker (Japanese:力の吸収Strength Absorption) is askill which debuted inFire Emblem Fates. Taught by askill item and also associated withVanguards, every time the unit defeats an enemy, they get a +2 bonus to theirStrength for the rest of the chapter. There is a limit the bonus can reach, and it does not overlap with another -taker skill. InFire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, it is calledAbsorb Strength, and only activates upon defeating an enemy commander.
