TheSpeedwing orSpeedwings (Japanese:はやての羽Gale Feather) is a stat-boosting item which was introduced inFire Emblem: The Binding Blade and appears in every game except one since (the exception beingEchoes: Shadows of Valentia). It permanently boosts a user'sspeed stat when used. It replaced theSpeed Ring, which performed the same function inShadow Dragon & the Blade of Light and theSuper Famicom installments of the series.
