Sleet

The name used in the "Heroes of Shadow"fan translation. "Sleet" can mean two different snow-related phenomena: in the United States, it refers tominiscule pellets of falling ice, while in other English-speaking countries it refers toa type of slushy precipitation which is a mixture of rain and snow.

Japanese

ユルブリザー

Romanized as "YURUBRIZZAR" in its internal name inNew Mystery of the Emblem, aside from its effect file which is named "yuruBlizzar". The "yuru" prefix is probably taken from the Japanese緩いyurui, which would mean "weak" in this context.
