Shining Bow
| ||||
|
TheShining Bow (Japanese:シャイニングボウShining Bow), also known as theBright Bow (Japanese:ブライトボウBright Bow), is amagicbow which made its first legitimate appearance inFire Emblem Fates, although it is also present inan unused state inFire Emblem: Path of Radiance. It useslight magic to attack at both the standard bow long range and, unlike ordinary bows, at close range. Its attacks are fuelled by the unit'smagic stat and target the foe'sresistance, instead ofstrength anddefense. However,Fates gives it several drawbacks, in that it is unable to dealcritical hits and also prevents the user'soffensive skills from activating.
