Shine Barrier
| ||||
|
TheShine Barrier orLight Rune (Japanese:光の結界Light Barrier) is anitem which was introduced inFire Emblem: The Blazing Blade and, in legitimate gameplay, appears only in it andRadiant Dawn. It allows the user to place a stage hazard onto the map which prevents the space the object is placed onto from being crossed by any unit, which makes it a useful tool to slow down enemy advances. The obstacle is temporary and will vanish after several turns, turning the space it was on back to normal. It will not stop enemy reinforcements and they may still spawn on top of the Light Rune.
