Strategy
| This section details unofficial strategies that may help with completion of the chapter. This may not work for everybody. |
Before deploying for this chapter's main mission, note that one of your allies is deployed in a closed off area. They cannot be aided by your other units for a while, so make sure they are bulky enough to survive an onslaught of attacks. Otherwise, make sure to spread out your units as the initial objectives demand you to take care of multiple strongholds and enemies at the same time. Once this has been completed,Anaximandros, his clones andKronya will appear. All of them use theAssassin class and wieldswords, so anylance wielder, particularly with a highly sword-resistantbattalion, is a good choice to deal with her. Once Kronya has been slain, the path to the chapter's boss opens up. Neither of the remaining sub-bosses,Viscount Fenja andViscount Menja are mandatory, and neither of them drop any items, so they can safely be ignored. TheFire Orb cannot be stopped either, thoughCount Hevring's magic will greatly reduce damage taken from them. Because of this, it is advised to head straight for the boss. TheFormer Duke Aegir is aGreat Knight and thus boasts highHP anddefense, but can be brought down quickly by making use ofeffective damage and magic. In particular, any unit withDark Spikes T can shred through his HP, allowing for a quick chapter clear. The mission's S rank reward,The Inexhaustible, is noteworthy, as it is abow that halves the cooldown of allcombat arts and is therefore useful to any team with a bow wielder.
