Savage Blow (Japanese:死の吐息Deadly Breath) is a combatskill which debuted inFire Emblem Fates. InFates, it is a class skill learned by members of theMalig Knight class; inHeroes, it is a three-tiered type C passive skill (whose individiual tiers areSavage Blow 1,Savage Blow 2, andSavage Blow 3 in order from lowest to highest). It deals sizable damage to all nearby enemies after an attack, if they are the ones who initiated that attack; inHeroes, the damage dealt increases with the skill's tier. As with all skills that deal out-of-combat damage, it cannot reduce units to 0 HP.
InFire Emblem Engage, it is one of several skills that are exclusively used by some high-level enemies on the game's hardest difficulty mode,Maddening. Savage Blow is exclusive to enemyThieves.
