Nevka (Japanese:ネブカNevka) is aboss and member of theGerxel church appearing inTearRing Saga: Yutona Heroes War Chronicles. He is one ofGuenchaos's underlings.

Role
Nevka first appears, duringMap 31, accompanyingZeek. After a short argument on the role of the troops serving him and Zeek,[1] Zeek requests that Nevka simply let him do his job and not to interfere. Nevka agrees and watches the battle from the sidelines.[2] Zeek unfortunately ends up defeated, so Nevka rescues Zeek fromHolmes after the battle. When Nevka arrives to free Zeek, he happens upon him while he is talking withKate, and congratulates Zeek on capturing a prisoner.[3] Despite Zeek's attempt at objecting, Nevka takes Kate with them as a prisoner while they retreat.[4]
Nevka is later encountered byEnteh andRunan's party duringMap 37: Holy Sword of Reeve. Enteh enters the temple and offers to exchange herself forNeyfa's freedom, but Nevka rejects her deal and captures her easily.[5] Nevka then delivers Enteh toGuenchaos. Guenchaos is pleased by this, and then tells Nevka to stay in the Water Temple and prevent Runan from obtaining theHoly Sword Leda that is sealed nearby. Nevka agrees and Guenchaos departs to the deeper reaches of the underground temple. Nevka, despite being aided by Gerxel troops and someDragon Zombies, is unable to prevent Runan from obtaining the Holy Sword Leda and perishes in the battle.
- Note: The current fan-translation revision rewrites the scene to have Enteh threaten to transform intoMuse, and Nevka instead calls her bluff that she does not have the ring in her possession.[6]

Personality
Nevka holds to the strict hierarchical values of theGerxel church, and considers non-Zoan lives to be of little value.[1] He is manipulative, and commands Zeek with threats of ratting some of his more questionable actions toKarla, Zeek's elder sister.[4]
