Rally Spectrum (Japanese:七色の叫びRainbow Cry) is arallyskill which debuted inFire Emblem Awakening. A class skill associated with theGrandmaster, it allows its user to spend their turn to provide temporary increases to all seven stats of all allies within a radius of the skill's user.

Fire Emblem Cipher
Rally Spectrum is present as a skill on one card inFire Emblem Cipher:B04-065SR Exalted Grandmaster, Robin (Male). It is a manual-activation skill which, for the cost of flipping two bond cards face-down and discarding a spare Robin (Male) card from the player's hand, gives all of Robin's allies a +10 attack increase until the end of the turn. Additionally, if the player has fewer remaining orbs than their opponent, the player may choose one card from their hand and play it as a new orb.

Trivia
- InFates, Rally Spectrum is the only returning rally skill to have its range increased; all other rally skills had their ranges decreased to a 2-tile radius. However, it is also the only rally skill whose effect has been weakened.
