Raging Tempest (Japanese:真狂嵐True mad storm) is a passive type Bskill which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes; Raging Tempest comes in only one tier. When its user'sHP is full or a foe is in a nearby column or row, Raging Tempest allows its user to move an extra space and warp far in cardinal directions; and when its user is not adjacent to many allies, it reduces the foe'sattack anddefense, boosts the user's damage based on their attack, and grants the user another action.
