TheRafail Gem (Japanese:ラフアイルの宝珠Rafail Jewel) is a gem that debuted inFire Emblem: Three Houses. It is one of theHeroes' Relics, and is tied to theCrest of Lamine. It prevents the user from suffering acritical hit and negatesweapon effectiveness against the user; if the user bears the Crest of Lamine, it also grantsPavise andAegis.

Trivia

• Although the Rafail Gem negatesbonus damage inFire Emblem Engage, this is very difficult to take advantage of. The gem is only available toQi Adept units, and no Qi Adept class has any bonus damage categories assigned to them. The only way for a Qi Adept unit to receive bonus damage is for the player to reclassAlear orZelestia into one, as they carry their dragon weakness with them into any class.
