Pulse Smoke (Japanese:鼓動の幻煙Illusory Pulse Smoke) is a three-tiered passive type Cskill which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are known asPulse Smoke 1,Pulse Smoke 2, andPulse Smoke 3 in order from lowest to highest. Pulse Smoke increases the special cooldown counts of its foe and nearby enemies after combat; successive tiers become progressively less restrictive.
